Role Description The Directeur d'Exploitation Adjoint is a full-time, on-site role based in Ndjamena,

responsible for supporting the overall operational management of the firm. This role oversees day-to-day business operations, coordinates internal processes, and ensures that marketing & commercial plan is executed efficiently and in line with strategic objectives. The position includes monitoring performance indicators, contributing to budget and resource planning, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The role also involves close collaboration with consultants , facilitating communication across teams and maintaining high standards of client service. The Directeur d'Exploitation Adjoint may participate in designing and improving operational frameworks to support the growth of the firm and its clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including coordination of processes and optimization of resources.

• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Finance to contribute to budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting.

• Relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or SME environments is beneficial.

• A university degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment is important.

• Proficiency in French is required; knowledge of English or other languages is an asset.
