CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Operational Excellence Department

Mission:

In charge of providing CI support to ensure efficient operation in our business. This role involves coordinating continuous improvement activities, offering training/coaching and assisting various departments to enhance productivity and communication within the organization.

Main Activities:

• Develop and implement best in class continuous improvement systems

• Conduct audits using the matrix to understanding process gaps and pro-actively manage activities with partners from specific departments so as to bridge the gaps with a view of achieving world class status

• Identify trends and process variations using data and work with department partners to reduce variations (noise)

• Work with stakeholders in the factory to build a continuous improvement environment to support the ongoing change program

• Work closely with key stakeholders as business ambassador to deliver benefits across our business

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field preferred

• A minimum of three (03) years' experience in a similar position is required

• A strong sense of responsibility and initiative

• Computer skills (Pack Office)

• Good ability to work in a team and under pressure

• Organizational skills, thoroughness, confidentiality and respect for deadlines
