Role Description
This is a Hybrid position for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities also include lead generation, developing business strategies, and effective communication with potential and existing clients to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Business and Account Management
Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and business development software
