Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an HR Operations Lead to join our Human Resources team. This role will oversee daily HR operations and ensure the support meets business requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and SOPs.

• Manage employee lifecycle to review and improve employee experience (onboarding, offboarding, development, leave…).

• Oversee temporary workforce management and manage relationships with placement companies.

• Analyze workforce data and identify trends related to headcount, costs, turnover, and employee metrics.

• Drive local learning and development initiatives to strengthen organizational capacity.

• Provide local support for the Regional Centre of Expertise (CoEs) - Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required

• Bachelor/ master’s degree in human resources management

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in industrial and multinational environment.

• Good knowledge of Cameroon employment legislation, HR policies and organizational development.

• Proficiency in French and English (speaking and writing)

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Proactivity and operational excellence.
