EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field

• Strong numerical and cash handling skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work accurately under pressure

• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments

• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as appropriate

• Maintain cash flow and ensure balance at the end of each shift

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Follow company policies and procedures
