Mission générale / General Mission

• FR : Développer le chiffre d'affaires du Groupe Kedibuild en prospectant de nouveaux clients, en menant les négociations commerciales, en concluant des ventes et en fidélisant le portefeuille clients existant.

• EN : Drive revenue growth for the Kedibuild Group by prospecting for new clients, conducting business negotiations, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with the existing client portfolio.

Responsabilités / Responsibilities

• Prospection commerciale / Business development and prospecting ;

• Développement et gestion du portefeuille de clients / Development and management of the client portfolio ;

• Vente, négociation et suivi des ventes / Sales, negotiation, and sales follow-up ;

• Veille commerciale et concurrentielle / Market and competitive intelligence ;

• Reporting et suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) / Reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Profil recherché / Profile

• Formation : Minimum Bac+3 en Commerce, Marketing, Management commercial ou domaine connexe / Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field ;

• Expérience : Un (1) à trois (3) ans d'expérience en tant que Commercial B2B, idéalement dans les services / One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a B2B Sales Representative, ideally in the services sector ;

• Atouts : Une expérience dans les secteurs Immobilier, Conseil, Ingénierie ou Digitalisation serait un atout / Experience in Real Estate, Consulting, Engineering, or Digital Transformation would be an advantage.
